
The feature film Dying Breed, written and produced by Rod Morris and Michael Boughen has achieved a major international breakthrough with it's world premiere at the prestigious Tribeca Film Festival in New York City.
The movie is being distributed by HOYTS locally opened in cinemas 6 November 2008.
Dying Breed interweaves the two most fascinating icons of Tasmanian history: the extinct Tasmanian Tiger and "The Pieman" aka Alexander Pearce who was hanged for cannibalism in 1842.
